The Washington Health System Pharmacy Technician-In-Training program provides and pays for both the education and clinical skills platform to be a Pharmacy Technician in as little as 9 months (syllabus & online based learning provided by MedCerts).
This is our newest offering in our Earn-and-Learn portfolio being offered at WHS.
The Pharmacy Technician-In-Training successfully completes required classroom and clinical education requirements under the supervision of a pharmacy staff member and assisting the professional staff in processing and delivering drug orders and medications.
The Pharmacy Technician-In-Training is responsible for meeting and maintaining established medical and pharmacy protocols.
At a minimum, must perform established Washington Health System Core Pharmacy Technician Skills & Responsibilities.

Primarily Daylight, or as needed for curriculum/clinical Hours Per Week:
16-20 Department:
Pharmacy Internal Posting:
2/17/23-2/24/23 Education Required High School/GED or better.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
