Adelphoi is expanding our Family Finding Program Adelphoi is looking for a dedicated individual to join the team in Washington County as a part of the Family Finding service.

Competitive pay and an excellent benefits package! What is Family Finding? Family Finding establishes a lifetime network of support for children and youth who are disconnected or at risk of placement outside of their home and community.
The Family Finding process identifies family members and supportive adults estranged from or unknown to the child especially those who are willing to become permanent connections for them.
What are the job responsibilities? Caseworkers are trained on and implement six clear goals and activities for any child/youth enrolled in the service:
Discovery, Engagement, Planning, Decision Making, Evaluation, and Follow up on supports.
Other responsibilities include:
Searching for connections for the youth.
Facilitating casework sessions to assess for support, and safety needs of youth Maintaining regular contact with the youth , their support resources and the referring agency.
Documenting the process from Discovery to finding supports and connections.
What are the requirements of the position? BA/BS in Social Work or a related Human Service field Minimum of 2 years of experience in the childcare field Adelphoi USA, a major player in the delivery of counseling, residential, adoption, foster care, and educational services to youth and families.
For over 50 years we have helped thousands of families and youths with growth to more than 25 group homes and education centers throughout Pennsylvania, including a central 19-acre campus in Latrobe, and two facilities in Connellsville.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
