The Accounting Assistant will support the accounting team while working with all departments to promote company growth and profitability.
Candidates must have the ability to work independently on a wide variety of tasks.
Someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and a general understanding of accounting and business processes will do well in this position.
Candidates of varied experience will be considered.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Set up new customer accounts Process credit applications Review customer's account activity and payment status in accordance with terms Communicate with customers and vendors Reconcile credit card transactions and assess for compliance with company policies Interact with all departments to retrieve necessary documentation or information Maintain company records through scanning and filing of documents Additional duties as needed Key Skills:
