You will be representing one of the most cutting-edge tech products in national retail (Walmart, Best Buy, etc.
) and regional events settings.
Additionally, the FCC's new Affordable Connectivity Program has given many residents the ability to qualify for FREE Highspeed Internet service.
You'll get to insert yourself into strategic local markets where we can help make a positive impact on the community and bridge the digital divide! Our goal is to provide the best possible customer experience when acquiring new customers, or education customers on the ACP program and products.

Regional Field Trainer A Regional Field Trainer is a leader from the front lines.
This is preferably a person with dynamic sales experience and/or sales training experience.
The role is an immersive hands-on position.
The Sales Trainer would be required to travel among regional footprint to train new reps on how to sell in each designated setting, develop the skill set of existing reps, as well as help coach and redirect any representations struggling with the risk of missing goals and targets.
The ideal candidate would be excitable, outgoing, and motivating.
You should be easily able to identify sales representatives' strengths and weaknesses and be able to develop a plan of action to help each individual rep develop their personal skill set to be successful.
Products - Highspeed Internet - ACP FREE Highspeed Internet - Stream TV We pride ourselves on our ability to provide the proper customized solution for each customer-preferred experience.
Having such a large suite of products and service levels, the ideal Regional Field Trainer must have a thorough understanding of products and services, a passion for tech, and a desire to learn.
Market Segment All sales representatives will deal with 3 primary segments of customers.
The retail field manager should be able to learn and develop tactics to deal with each market segment.
ACP Customers - Customers who qualify for an ACP Government Benifit / Free internet.
Competitors Customers - Customers who currently have internet with another provider.
Non-Subscribers - Customers who currently do not subscribe to any internet services at all.
Skills / Requirements Reliable Transportation:
Travel within an hour maximum daily may be required based on the regional territory and office locations Basic Computer / Mobile Skills:
Primary order entry feature, as well as most supporting tools, are accessed via an online web portal.
Sales
Experience:
This is not an entry-level sales position, although the proper candidate will spend 2-3 weeks in training understanding all aspects of the retail sales consultant position before assuming the role of field trainer.
Reliability & Flexibility:
The Regional Field Trainer will operate in a fast-paced dynamic.
Our structure allows most sales representatives to have a very personalized flexible schedule which may change weekly, or daily without notice.
The right trainer will thrive in an ever-changing environment and have the reliability and flexibility to adapt to make the most out of each day's opportunity.
Motivational and Positive:
You will be put in situations where current reps may be struggling and their attitude may need to be redirected.
The ideal field trainer is someone who can be overly optimistic even in difficult situations.

The Regional Field Trainer will eventually have the ability to operate semi-independently of central leadership.

Once the Regional Sales Trainer fully assumes the responsibilities of the role, they will have the liberty of creating their own schedule based on where their services are needed most.
