Our goal is to help individuals and families heal from the devastating symptoms of mental illness while also offering to help 'bridge' or link them with valuable resources in the community.

Modern office setting Fun but professional staff Business casual work environment This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director to join our team in the mental health field.
The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at a psychiatric facility and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
The successful candidate will have clinical and administrative experience in the mental health field, strong problem-solving abilities and enjoy working independently.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional clinical care to adults, adolescents, children and their families.
Guide the development of other Mental Health Therapy Professionals.
Direct therapeutic activities and processes to enhance emotional, mental, and physical development.
Attend clinical review meetings, staff meetings, and other program related meetings.
Requirements / Skills:
A Graduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or any other discipline associated with the direct care of consumers in an office based medical/mental health treatment setting.
Independently licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT REQUIRED.
At least 3 years of direct supervisory leadership experience.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets.
Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems (CredibleBH).
The Clinical Outpatient Services Director is responsible for overall performance, operation and compliance of the Healing Bridges outpatient clinical services which comprises of 6-8 bachelor/ master's level clinical counselors specializing in psychotherapy approaches with children, adolescents, adults and/or geriatric consumers within the clinic, local schools and nursing homes.
This includes hiring and training unique and fun-loving clinicians; managing clinic performance, outcomes, and client satisfaction; providing training and ongoing developmental support; meeting fiscal and productivity goals; marketing clinical services and building community partnerships and referrals.
At times, you may need to also maintain a small but reasonable client case load and provide clinical supervision which includes signing and approving documentation for pre-licensed providers.
The Clinical Outpatient Services Director reports to the Chief Operating Officer but works collaboratively with the clinic's Medical Director, Prescribers and Practitioners in order to ensure quality client care.
