Job Duties:
Operate efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, adhering to established procedures and promoting safety practices in a continuous enhancement setting Execute necessary pre-operational tasks to ensure the proper startup and functioning of various equipment Monitor and control the operation of multiple equipment pieces to ensure the production of high-quality output and minimize unexpected interruptions Maintain effective communication with team members and support groups to ensure continuous production of accurate products with minimal downtime and material wastage Prioritize regular cleaning and maintenance activities to maintain a clean and professional workspace Required Skills and
Experience:
Proficiency in CNC operations - Experience in grinding is a significant advantage Ability to design cutting tools and program CNC tool grinders Skilled in machine setup for tool grinding Capable of overseeing small batch or human/robotic production Knowledgeable in maintaining grinding wheels for efficient production Adept at interpreting blueprints and utilizing inspection equipment Benefits Offered:
