We are hiring a Systems Engineer with experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), test automation, and systems integration support.
In this role, you will play a critical leadership role in designing, developing, and ensuring the seamless integration of complex systems, all while aligning with the specific needs and requirements of our customers.

ResponsibilitiesAs Systems Engineer, your key responsibilities include leveraging cutting-edge Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools like Cameo Systems Modeler (or equivalent) to define the systems architecture and translating customer requirements into actionable work items following Agile principles.
This tasking will comprise of:
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE):
Utilize Cameo Systems Modeler (or equivalent) to define, analyze, and document system requirements, architecture, and design.
Develop and maintain comprehensive system models to facilitate collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams.
Use Systems Modeling Language (SysML) elements and diagrams to represent system aspects comprehensively, including the system architecture, test scenarios and their flow.
Establish traceability between requirements, test cases and user stories.
Generation of reports directly from the models.
Planning and completing infrastructure and design engineering documentation and implementation.
Systems Integration Support:
Integration of systems and subsystems, ensuring their seamless interoperability and optimal functionality.
Quickly troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, collaborating seamlessly with other engineering teams to achieve project goals.
Systems Requirements Decomposition:
Work closely with stakeholders to obtain requirements and translate them into actionable items for the engineering team.
Ensure that systems engineering efforts align with and meet customer expectations.

of Defense Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer or Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field required.
6
years of Systems Engineering experience.
Experience working with Digital System Engineering and Model-Based System Engineering.
A proven track record in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) with expertise in tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler.
A strong background in test automation and automated tests design.
Proficiency in integrating and testing complex systems and subsystems.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adeptness at collaborative teamwork.
Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools to develop concise and presentable information.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills to deliver technical documents and briefings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (e.
g.
AWS, HMC, etc.
).
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred:
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) certification and/or OMG Certified System Modeling Professional (OSCMP) certification.
