) Civil Service position covered by the merit system of employment and focuses on responsible supervisory and professional accounting work in the maintenance of the housing authority's fiscal records.
You will direct and coordinate the preparation of documentation, financial statements and reports to control the housing authority's funds.
The Comptroller supervises accounting and clerical personnel involved in receiving, recording, and reporting accounting data including General Ledgers and Balance Sheets and prepares analytical accounting reports and budgetary projections for the Executive Director and program personnel.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
