We are seeking a personable, enthusiastic, and dynamic Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) to uphold the quality of resident care in one of our beautiful Personal Care Homes.
Responsibilities:
Plans, develops, organizes, and coordinates all aspects of the Nursing department Ensure compliance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and internal policies and procedures Responsibility and oversight of the quality of resident care Manages and addresses personnel issues promptly and appropriately, working with the Human Resources Department and the Executive Director Acts as the Executive Director in his/her absence Manage and recruit staffing and ensure staffing needs are met Lead and participate in monthly nursing meetings
Qualifications:
Must have an active Nursing License Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Personal Care setting, preferred but not required Knowledge of memory care is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer.
