We are searching for talented Guest Service Agents who are dedicated to the comfort and satisfaction of our hotel guests.
Guests rely on our agents to be quick-thinking, resourceful and personable when dealing with any issues that arise during their stay, and we're seeking individuals who possess these characteristics to work with our high-performing team.
The Guest Service Agent role is highly visible in the hospitality industry, which means that all guests will often see you performing your job duties.
Responsibilities:
Listen to what customers want and do your best to fulfill their needs in a timely manner.
Handle complaints with a positive attitude.
Drive the front desk, but don't sit there all day.
Assist the sales team with setting up displays and mingling with customers in order to facilitate sales.
Answer questions about the hotel and inform guests about local attractions.
Be able to work with a wide range of people from different cultures and nationalities.
