50 hourly Job Duties:
Schedule and post schedules of all Filling Technicians to ensure adequate floor coverage on all shifts Monitor attendance, tardiness, sick and vacation time, and all absences for compliance with company policy, and verify time sheets weekly for validity Maintain strict adherence to all policies and procedures Advise Facility Manager of all pertinent events and exceptions within assigned department Evaluate department employees and complete performance evaluations Institute, in conjunction with the Facility Manager, performance improvement plans for poor work performance Recommend to the Facility Manager disciplinary action for violation of policies and procedures Monitor work flow within the department and assign employees to facility timely completion of tasks Required Skills /
