3K a year 10 days ago 10 days ago 10 days ago The scheduler is responsible for scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling surgeries for a specific patient population, by collecting all necessary information to schedule and register the patient and obtain insurance authorization.
The scheduler will communicate with patients and/or appropriate representatives regarding procedures, problems and/or concerns.
Responsibilities:
a.
Responsible for scheduling surgeries for WHS patient population.
b.
Responsible for ensuring proper authorization for surgery and any required diagnostic testing or equipment needed for procedure is obtained, schedule at appropriate facility, and communicate with patient regarding the details of procedures.
c.
The scheduler works with case management and billing to provide documentation and assist with appeals to the insurance company.
Shift:
Monday- Friday, Daylight.
No weekends or holidays! Hours Per Week:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
