3K - $51K a year The Marketing Assistant is responsible for executing and coordinating a variety of marketing projects with a focus on event planning.
We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, easily adaptable, and can work independently as well as collaborate with other team members across the organization to meet hard deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities oManage and oversee all logistics for domestic & and international tradeshows, lunch & learns, and customer events.
Collaborate with marketing team members to coordinate marketing content for these shows and act as liaison with the leadership team.
oGeneral support including invoice processing & and monitoring trade show budget, global business cards, creation of PowerPoint presentations oHelp manage and distribute incoming web inquiries to appropriate departments oKeep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements, inventory stock, and order placements oExplore new opportunities to help the marketing team stay efficient oAct as a brand steward, upholding Audia company brands oSupport Manufacturing, Product Managers, Sales, Human Resources, Sustainability, and HSE teams in developing and implementing tactical marketing projects oSupport other marketing duties as needed oInternational and domestic travel as required Recommended Qualifications oBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
oAt least 1 year of experience in marketing, business, or related field.
Experience in marketing in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
oHave experience with Adobe Creative Suite in Microsoft OS environment (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
Audition and Premiere Pro a plus) oMust be flexible in working with global teams in different time zones when needed.
oFluent in multiple languages a plus.
oStrong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
oExcellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
