Summary:
A Lease Operator position where the primary purpose is to maintain optimum production from assigned wells, meeting company standards for appearance and upkeep of assets.
The Lease Operator performs minor repairs and maintenance, completes required documentation accurately and timely, while adhering to company policies and procedures, including environment, safety and regulatory.
Additionally, the Lease Operator II will be expected to troubleshoot issues and participate in special projects with supervision.
May be required to work overtime, nights, weekends and some holidays based on a predetermined work schedule.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring separators, dehydration equipment, compressors, meters, pumping equipment, well sites, and control devices to ensure optimum production.
Troubleshoots complex issues on the well site with some supervision.
Performs daily operational checks of assigned wells and production facilities in order to assure all equipment is operating and functioning properly.
Participates in special projects such as nitrogen lifts, tubing installations, well-head modification, etc.
Maintains reports detailing items such as production volumes, fluid production, chemicals used, monitoring well pressures, etc.
The volume and types of reports may vary by location and well site assignment.
Makes minor necessary repairs on equipment to ensure minimal downtime while also considering company environment, safety and health objectives.
Performs general site maintenance including site clean-up and minor facility repairs Adheres to all EHS guidelines and requirements.
Will be expected to perform site safety shutdowns as well as report any spills, complete daily Job Safety Analysis, Lock Out Tag Out and Confined Space reports as required.
Continually improve the operations through collaboration with other key departments/personnel Provide guidance and instruction to contract crews on well site.
May train and mentor new employees and junior Lease Operators to ensure processes and procedures are consistently carried out according to Range Resources standards.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
