Duties:
Develop and assure completion of monthly individual summaries.

Qualifications:
Valid Pa Drivers License
18 years of age
3 year clean driving record
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college in social work, psychology, special education, child development, or related field with emphasis on client management in residential settings, human development, or mental retardation
Minimum of 1 year direct care experience or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
