Customer Service - Branch Specialist: Washington PA 15301
AAA is a strong and vibrant member service organization, providing automotive, travel, insurance and financial products/services to millions of members for more than 100 years. We currently have a full-time job opportunity at the Washington, PA AAA Travel / Member Services office. If you think you can Provide Legendary Customer Service and are committed to creating Members for Life we'd like to hear from you!
The selected individual will assist AAA members and customers who visit the office with the wide variety of services and products we have available.
Primary duties:
Provide DMV license and registration services in accordance to State DMV and AAA procedures;
Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend other available products and services;
Sell new and / or up-grade existing AAA memberships;
Sell discounted theme park, special attraction and movie theater tickets;
Create TripTik routings and marked maps, and provide destination information;
Process insurance payments;
Issue passport photos;
Sell AAA Visa TravelMoney cards, and promote AAA Member Rewards Visa Signature cards;
Balance & reconcile cash drawer;
And numerous other activities that contribute to the overall smooth operation of the branch office;
Desired Skills &
Experience:
H.S. Diploma or GED;
Basic PC and internet skills; ability to operate common office equipment;
Excellent warm & friendly customer service & communication skills;
1-2 years experience working face-to-face with the public in a sales or service environment;
Exceptional focus on accuracy and strong attention to detail;
Basic cashiering with ability to provide accurate change;
Familiarity with North America geography, good sense of direction, and map reading abilities;
Ability to work quickly and efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment;
Previous DMV experience would be a BIG plus!
The selected candidates will work a 37.5 hr/wk schedule which varies each week, and will often include Saturday; No Sundays.
